Joe,
it was a beautiful day with around 100 fanciers in attendance from LA to, well Corning anyway. Most of the guys were from Yuba City to Fresno with a couple groups from the Bay area and several from LA. It was most encouraging to see quite a few young men in their 20's hanging out as well. Joe Urbon did a fine job pulling it together and I thank him for taking it on.
You should have been there. Oh yeah, you were getting your blinds cleaned and your windows washed.
A man's got to have prioroties.

That,s great. The last one I went to Joe ran at a school in Fairfield when he lived just around the corner from the school.He did a great job then also.Yes Ken windows and blinds.$327.00 worth of priority,s. JDA

Joe it was a good time. Lots of good BSing going on and a whole bunch of birds in the show and auction. There were also some great items donated to the raffle. I didnt get any pictures but there were alot of cameras going so I am hoping some pics are put on here. There were some really nice prints donated by Don Macaulley and I really wanted one of them but there were 3 guys whos tickets were luckier than mine. All in all I felt it was a great sucess and I want to personally thank eveyone that came and also thank those that donated items. There were some nice birds auctioned from some very reputable breeders. Joe

Show was great, weather was perfect, and the NCRC group was great. Saw some old friends and met some new ones! Some very nice looking birds in the auction and show. I want to thank Joe Kisor and Art Lee for flying some very nice birds for me, as well as John Vanden Broek for picking me up at the airport and Joe Kisor for letting me stay at his house. I also want to thank Joe Urbon for going the extra mile to make sure we all had fun! Thanks NCRC. It was well worth the airfare and plan to come again! Enjoy your next fly! Don M. Mac's Rollers

Hey all,
Sorry that I had not posted anything earlier. I have been a little busy with waiting for the baby and keeping the wife comfotable....like any cock would do for his hen...she thought it was wierd when I came into the house with twigs in my mouth so she could build a nest..LOL..
Ok...I would like to thank all the fanciers that attended our show. It was a great success and it was great seeing all my fellow fanciers again.
I would like to give a special thanks to Joe Urbon for being the chairman of the show and putting it all together! GOOD JOB JOE!!!...I would also like to thank the members that have really stepped up to take over important positions. Big Willy took over our club fly and we will have our club fly in Mid may. Larry Ellis who is now in charge of our NCRC clothing. Jeff Commer who is now the band secretary and has done a good job in his new position. Don Siggins taking over the treasury and secretary position and Bill Cride as the VP. I would also like to thank all the members that helped with set up and clean up. Chor Vang was the cook and did a great job...and he no longer has pigeons...but when he is ready he will be set up again!!!
Ken Firl who was in charge of the Club fly for the last couple of years announced the winners of last years club fly...
1st Place was ME..YAHOO!!
2nd Place was Ken Firl
3rd Place was Bill Crider
Congrats...now get back to work for this year!!
I had such a good time hanging out with all the fellow faniers. The auction went real well and some REAL GOOD birds were auctioned off.
I cant thank everyone enough for a job well done!! I know I forgot some people...but everyone in the NCRC is created equal in my eyes..from the President down to the newest flier.
Again...Job well done....and lets get ready for the World Cup.
The Norther Cali region will fly April 16-18th....and the judge will be Brad Winnward.
