I live in Academy Ca. a small town NE of Clovis which is NE of Fresno Ca. I used to belong to the CCRC in the Modesto area. Jack Myers,Ken Billings,Ray Sanchez, Sam Williams were all members.
We flew a lot of PRA events , World Cup, and the Calif. Classic. I have been in and out of the birds since I was 10yrs old. I grew up with Cornell Norwood, we were next door neighbors. We would go out to Pensoms house in the San Fernando Valley and he would sell us some birds and then give us some birds. I was too young to appreciate what I had recieved. If I only knew then what I know now. Live and learn. At
present I am flying a family that came from crossing some of Ken Billings stock. Some came from Sam Williams who has a Higgins and Goss cross. Im not trying to reinvent the wheel, I just want to fly a deep, fast kit.
