Wing positions. Some good; some bad. Part of developing a quality cooefficient when judging birds either it be your birds or somebody elses.

Rudy,

Those breeders are either Norwoods or Hatchers. The Hatchers are being phased out.

After my lofts have been painted red a few years now,I found out of all the colours of paint,if it is red or has any red tint in it,it will fade the fastest.I still like red lofts.Hey Nick!!The pile of dirt in the middle of the yard still hasn't moved since last time you posted that pic.Better get that landscaper onit!!

Gary,

The birds on the the porch are all Hatchers except the dark check with white flights, it is a Norwood. The Black Mottle is a 12 year old cock I have had for 11 years and it is a 3/4 Norwood. The Norwoods I am happy with; they need more frequency. But, they are strong and deep with velocity. Too many of my Hatchers tend to be high flying stiffs no matter what combinations I pair them with. I have crossed Norwoods with them with some success.

Kim,

That is an old photo. That pile of dirt has a tree planted there, now.

I like the red also; it is a stain of oil and wax based and once a year I slather it up.

Rudy,

I'll take some pictures of the Thibodeaux's that I was given one of these days. The Thibodeaux are a family he has had sinse 1986. They are primarly Joe Roe and Jacs with Cheney/Taylors recently added. In the past Aubrey Thibodeax's birds were very frequent, but shallow. Lots of activity. The Taylor addition put the depth in them and now the Thibodeaux's are friggin awesome. 3/4 turns at 30 feet, frequent, very high velocity, and great form.

I am still awestruct. The thing is, Aubrey is a class bird handler and I may not be. What I do with his birds may fall short to what he does....time will tell.

About one half of the building is. I have stand alone kitboxes; I just couldn't bring myself to cutting holes in the walls to have my kitboxes on the inside or taking up more space. That was part of the plan, but after it was built I decided against it.

Paul - I'll fix up a room for you(LOL)
