Have you guy's been bothered with mosquitoes in your loft? I don't know what to kill these bugs with. I'm afraid it will harm the birds. I don't think it is good for the babies. Any ideas?

Hang some No Pest Strips in your lofts. You can buy them from the pigeon suppliers or the feed store.

Here in Hawaii,we are very very paranoid about mosquitoes. The state sets up collection grids outside all the airports in case some bad insects get in.I had a bad run of pox go thu my loft about 2 years ago, namely due to mosquitoes.Theres a banana patch about 6ft from my loft that needed to be cut way back and I spread inexpensive gravel around the loft and pathways,so when it rains theres no standing water.Everything looks nice and it creates a buffer around the loft so things dry out faster.I dont even see mosquitoes in my yard anymore.Without a doubt theres a source nearby that needs to be dryed out,you will need to find it,and deal with it.Aloha,Todd
