Leo…I want to publicly thank you for the hospitality you showed me and my cousin this past weekend…I was amazed at your record keeping over the last 50 plus years, looking over your records was like going back into history, how you have keep your blood lines boxed in and pure all these years had to take a great deal of disciple and a life time of hard work…thank you for sharing with us….I can assure you I will keep pure the line of birds I brought back from your place in honor of your 50 plus years of hard, dedicated work…this was the first time I have had the opportunity to touch, feel and observe birds with Pensom back grounds…the two squeakers off the 130 line are doing fine and eating on their own, the 4 birds you let me pick from your flying kits had more frequency and velocity than anything I have raised since getting back into the sport / hobby, a fellow could start his own line from just those 4 birds…the last pair my cousin talked you out of (the white hen and lavender cock) had to be the most stunning, beautiful pair of birds I have ever seen, their body type, feather, head shape, just the feel in your hand and especially the eyes, my cousin and I talked about them all the way home, they should be on the cover of some magazine, when we got home and put them in the cage we must have stood there another hour looking at them…I will keep in touch and when you get ready to add that addition to your loft please let us know we want to come and help you as a payback for your generosity…

Hey Coach..I cant wait until i get that feeling inside.I Dont Know ANYONE that have been raising for over 8yrs...LOL.I cant wait until i meet a MASTER..LOL GREAT FEELING THO..Is'nt it? Still trying make it to LEVEL 1...:)

your post got me real curious about ol Leo's birds, sure woud like to see some pics !!!

I do not have a digital camera, but i am retiring June 30th and i plan to get one and learn how to use it....

Hey Coach, WOW, when I read your post,I am at a loss for words...IF YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT..I guess all i can say thanks for your thoughs and appreciation, I enjoyed the three of us going on a trip to yesteryear, I really had a good time, I am glad the youngsters are on their own, As you know they are 'boxed' 119, from every angle, when they mature they will be gorgous birds. If you need anything,just holler...LEO

Leo, if possible could you please post pictures of your birds. I have server space where you can copy the pictures if needed and link it here for every one to see.

Rauf, i am lost at a computer, a one finger hunt an peck typer, so hang on , there are several cameras in our family, an we are trying to get the best one, I have decided to send pictures, and you might be the answer to get them out there...Thanks...LEO
