I received this by email. Can anyone help?
Hi, I'm a licensed wildlife rehabber in Buffalo, NY. I get quite a few banded pigeons in and have always been able to locate owner.
This pigeon however as a different band. The band number is: 03 A 734 OGRC 8.
Any ideas how I could track this number down? Attached are pics.
