Hey Guys; Does anyone use a computer to record their birds, and how does the program work for you.Do you back it up in case of a crash? What kind of program and do you think it's worth the money? Is there different kinds? Are they hard to use?Do they do all you need them to do? Stan Arnold

Hey Stan I have been using Power Pigeon since it first came out about 8 years now and I think it is a wonderful tool. You can get it from the NBRC store if you like or you can go directly to C-D-R.com and download a demo version if you prefer. The demo will only allow you to load 15 birds I believe but it is a great way too famlliarize yourself with it before buying.Even if you use it while you are waiting for your copy to arrive. Power Pigeon is the best program around.....but remember to back it up,so when your computer crashes you wont have to reenter all your data again.......Glenn

I've always kept paper records. I use loft registers from Foys. The computer programs sound nice though.....a good Christmas gift suggestion for me this year!
