This Bird is named MADMAN . he is one dangerous pigeon , I have seen him spin as deep as 80feet . He normally spins in the 30 foot range but he can go 5 ft to 80 feet. He has extreme velocity and is frequent with great style.

He has come real close to hitting roofs, Telephone poles, electric wires , but he always seems to miss and has never hit ANYTHING. He has been spinning like this for over 3 Months so I dont know if his luck will last or run out. I do admit he is not much to look at on the ground but he has made a few peoples jaws drop to the floor when he is in the air.

He was bred out of a pair of Danny Horner Birds .

Good luck with him George....but man at that young age...sounds like a loose cannon...I had a bird like this I ended up naming him crash...this SOB would do all you are talking...real wild looking like the photo...just has that look of being a little off...like a crack head...LOL..

The bird never killed itself but missed everything it was trying to hit for about 5 months then he just started crashing into things...and NEVER got hurt....flew her for two years for shits and giggles but a hawk finally took her....the bird would have been a cull but was so freak'n deep and would hold the velocity...but was just a worthless bird.

Good lUck..I give it anouther couple months...and it will be a lawn dart...has that same wild goofy look.

its still a baby, and might even develop some control. i have a 2010 baby that was spinning 60', and i really thought it would kill/cull itself. 1 month later, and it kits well, and finishes a roll and beats it back to the kit. sidlove was one of the few who said give it time, it could turn out ok. so, George, i say the same thing, keep him going and keep your fingers crossed he develops some control along with the depth.

Steve

You are correct , I have seen this bird gain bettor control of his spin over the last couple of weeks .

He has not been as reckless as before he still rips of some deep spins on every fly , but he hasnt been doing it when he is flying low.

I will keep flying him and see what happens.

Thanks
George

George,

He is one ugly little guy, I do hope he spins like you say. That would be the only reason I would keep him around. Good Luck!

Thanks!

Jeez I wish that those dudes that always talked about great individuals would have a individual fly , I am sure that Madman would give any pigeon a run for thier money.

George, looks don't matter in competition, only performance. besides, wait til he moults out, and he'll be much better looking i'm sure. or at least a little better. ;-)
