Hello all!
I am a new member and would like to ask some questions.
I am from Tucson Arizona. I had been out of rollers for 30 years but the other day I bought a good stock of Flying Oriental Rollers. I bought two families, the Dale Husband family of Cinnamons, Buffs and Tuffs and the Fehrholz family which Andy Estrada imported from Germany.
I bought these first because I couldn't pass up this oppertuninity. This is a very rare bird and I found them within 80 miles of my home from Dennis Radi who just moved here from Minnesota.
My next project is to get a good family of performing Birmingham rollers. But I'm going to wait and make sure I get the best. I'm going to be in this for the long haul.
My question is, who has the best rollers in my area of Arizona, Tucson and Phoenix. I don't want to start out with average birds. I'm in it for the long haul and need to start out right.
I'm also willing to have them shipped in but would have to be absolutely sure I'd be getting the best available.
I'd rather stick with one family and build on them.
