Rauf, feather lice and feather mites won't effect their performance unless you let it get out of control and they start destroying the feathers. Foot mites and pigeon flys can annoy the birds to a point where they don't sleep at night, which can then possibly effect their performance. Ivometrin or Permectrin II are some of the best products you can use to keep them under control. Just put it in their bath water and let them do the work.
