It is okay to ship, but chances are it was because of temperature. The airlines the USPS uses has a set low and high temperature standard for the destination. If the temperature was above that standard, there is a good chance the airlines will not accept them, nor would the post office if they took the time to check. During the hot season, it is always best to check with the post office first. In another month or so it won't be so much of an issue. Keep in mind too that if it is too cold at the destination they will not accept them either. I've seen that happen several times. Checking first is always the best quarantee. Brian.
