I have had at least 15 hatchlings die. My breeders have not produced a bird. What could be wrong?

I had the same thing happenning this spring and did exactly what Brian just mentioned. It was a bit of a hassle but it was worth it, now my nests are full of young and things are going very well. Keep your lofts dry and water covered!!
