Buyer beware! I prepaid for eight squeakers in February that were to be delivered in April. One deadline after another went by, accompanied by excuses of why they couldn't be shipped. Bad weather, complications from moving and finally a black snake that killed the babies was the last I heard.
Now he doesn't answer his phone. I have contacted the authorities to alert them to his scheme. God help him get it together!

Who knows Donnie Waters?
What I don't get is why someone would knowingly make such mistakes, simply doesn't make any sense.

Hey Brad, Donnie is real. He and I have spoken on the phone and he wanted to share his experience so that perhaps some others could avoid the same headache. I cautioned him about his choice of words and I think he has done it about right.
He is not the only one who has shared this experience with me. All I can say is buyer beware.

Donnie sorry you fell victim to his dishonesty I herd from a nother person who post's here(via-E-mail) that RK was going to send him a breeder pair because a snake ate all his squeakers.Read the post Buyer Beware. Dennis

I think this is why it is important to get involved with a club. At least you can meet a few people, and learn who you can get good birds from, whether they are club members or good sellers like this site.
You also learn where not to get birds, like the Master.
You get a lot more options with just a few friends in the sport.

After all the publicity about RK Pair on this website and every other roller site, why oh why would anyone send RF Pair money? It makes no sense.

@Ken, I don't know if Donnie will see these responses until this evening as he works with his horses all day. He is quite active in that arena from what he tells me. I asked basically the same question and he told me he ran across the Master first, he wished he had landed here beforehand and become better informed before he spent money.

Donnie...Did you know that pigeons are very good therapy for horses,so I thank you could wright the whole thing of as a businesses expense,Or a businesses lose. An then put a contract out on him.(LOL) JDA

Donny, R. K. Pair, is a master con-artist. he sells birds that were never born and steals money from innocent people. He is a thief, a swindler and just an all around bad person.

It seems that RK is no longer raising pigeons. On his site he says that he stopped because
of having pigeon breeders lung disease for the third time.
