jnyce,
The fly this Saturday is a club fly sponsored by the Triad Flying Roller Club and only members of that club will be flying. You will not see myself, Jay Yandle, Clay Hoyle, Joe Bob Stuka or many other top Carolina flyers, who are not members of the Triad club. But a good time will be had by all, I'm sure, and the Triad club flies some good bird. Be sure to introduce yourself to me. I'll be the tallest guy there! LOL!
Cliff

PS If you would like to drop by my place in the evening after the Burnoff, while you're in the area, I'll be happy to put a kit up for you!

Ty,
Let me know if you decide to come up!! Would love to see you!

My hat's off to the Triad club for putting on a great roller event. There were about 125 or more people there from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and probably some that I missed. It was hot and that took the edge off the birds' performance, but a good time was had by all. It's always good to see folks that we haven't seen for awhile and make new friends, as well. Good job, guys!

Jerry, I wish I could have spoken with you at the fly. And I would agree that Frank had the best kit flown. His young birds showed alot of potential and if he keeps up his hard work with them it will be a fine kit. { I did not get to see Truesdale's kit fly }.
