John, Do you have cages or are you going to build them. In ether case how high-deep-long are they and how many doors are on them.

John, I purchased from my feed store 6 wire cages by little giant. They are 3 foot long by 2 foot high by 2.5 feet deep. The cages give plenty of room for 2 nests, one with squeekers and one for the second round of eggs. I built 2 nest boxes 10in by 10in, out of wood, that size was so i could get them thru the door.
The cages are half inch by half in welded wire, i made my own trays for them and a stand for them as well.
Check with your local feed store, these cages were only $38 each. Well worth it to know who the babies parents are.

Thom, I found some real cool and roomy rabbit cages on clearance at a local feed store 36"w x 22"D x 20"H catch tray included. I'll take pictures. My question was about setting them up. It sounds like two nesting stations is the way to go.

I've always liked having enough room for two nest bowls. But its not completely necessary. And then mine just get water, grit and feed.
