These are going to be my main 2 pair for this year. All the birds have been flown at least 2 years and are very dependable. Scott C. I hope you like the color...lol The hen pictures are poor they were taken out of the kit and went into a moult. Scott you saw the 2 hens fly at John Eltons place this fall. They didn't do their best that day, but the quality is there. John and I have the same family and he was kind enough to let me use these two hens. A great friend. The 1st cock I bred in '05 and has been flying at another friends for the past 4 years.... 20' to 40' "H" style..... How do I make the pics. smaller.

Thanks guys!! The black is an'03 bird. He could roll 25' "H" style once a minute. I have raised some good kit birds off of him, but I really never had the right hen for him. I like the two hens here... after they finish their molt, I'll try to take some better pics. I only raised two birds off the black last year and lost them both. I'm going to put the birds together friday, so that will be a busy day for all.....lol

Michael, I wouldn't be surprised if you get dark checks from that black. If the picture is correct I am seeing a tail bar on that bird which tells me it is actually a dark check or what we often call a black check. Still a very good looking bird. Joe

Joe, Your right, he gets darker every year. I was surprised to see how black he looks in the picture.
