DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN THE EYESIGN BULLCRAP.IF IT WERE SO EASY TO READ EYESIGN THAT WOULD MAKE EVERYBODY A MASTER BREEDER.THE ONLY THING THAT I MIGHT LOOK FOR IS IF THE EYE IS OFF CENTRE AND DOWN IN THE CORNER.THIS TO ME SIGNIFIES THAT THE BIRD IS DANGEROUS ROLLER OR A ROLLDOWN.MAYBE?OTHERWISE IT DOES'NT MEAN ANYTHING AS FAR AS PERFORMANCE IS CONCERNED.NEITHER DOES EYE COLOR.THE ONLY WAY TO TELL IF THE BIRD IS A GOOD PERFORMER IS TO SEE IT DO IT'S STUFF.END OF STORY.ANYTHING ELSE IS GUESSWORK AT BEST
I have never seen any consistancy with the so called "eye sign". I think it is some type of hoakest poakest kind of thing. Nobody has the same information. Next time you have a group together ask all the breeders how they interpret eye sign. You will be amazed.
