i dont know what they first BR color was...but from wat i heard the True BRs are Yellow...

HAHA, I used to think the same thing about 40 years ago when I was in grade school. That's because the only pigeon book in the school library had a picture of a yellow roller and it was labeled "Birmingham Roller". Back then I thought that they only came in yellow, lol. Fond memories.

I doubt there ever was a "First" Birmingham Roller. There were a big group of rollers that came to be called that due to their geographic location. In my mind I picture a bunch of black badge W/F's, haha. Just guessing.
