Is it a hen? She might have had an egg and spun her insides out.
I have heard of people being able to save a hen like this by carefully cleaning the organ and gently reinserting it. But I have never done it...
Maybe someone with more experience can help.
(If this isn't a hen then I don't know what might be wrong...can you post a picture?)

silent,i have had this happen b4 it is a hen correct?(3) times i washed bottom with water and slowly push it back in.i let her rest for 3 months then mated her again with good results,still breeding.only had one that died.....
