kongo: hey guys i just wanted to know how many times do you guys fly your birds a day and in a week. Because i've heard that if you fly your birds too much then they are going to get stiff. does this only happen to older birds or young birds too.so what are the right ways to fly your birds, is too much flying going to cause any thing bad or what.
