Strayed in this bird yesterday. Red moddle NBRC-2007-Z-0030.. No loft band. Anyone know who has this double 0 series.. Im keeping the bird for a week if i have no response i will take the bird to the pet shop or give it away.. I reside in the south Los Angeles area..

You should be able to locate the owner by calling or e-mailing the NBRC. Should the owner not be able to be located, please find a good home for the bird and don't take it to a pet shop, swap meet, or feed store.
