I have also heard good about Tony's strain of rollers. I like the uniformed look of the bird's and the expression. There was some work putintum....1

Fou,

You live in Fresno.....next time you are in the Sac area...you can see them with your own eyes....just get a hold of me.

Talk and no action...how else are supposed to communicate if they are good or not.....the question was asked and the fellas answered....

Second....Videos dont really make the birds look good....the only video I have seen that is good is BMC....but he is a pro camera magazine guy in real life.....or editor or something....anyway.....trust me...9 times out of 20 you DONT want to see a video...LOL..

I just bought and HD video camera and I am going to film my birds.....but if they camera makes them look like shit....Why waste the time....but you are more then welcome to see with your own eyes....mine are crossed but some have almost pure blood back in them...and I am going to breed a couple pures this year.....second Rossevelt who lives close to me is doing pretty good with them. He had his first fly and the Bay Area fliers....said they looked REAL good.

three years ago I bought two pair of rubys from Tony, raised about eight youngsters, kitted very well. they were high velocity spinners, good depth. I had a hawk problem, all were killed except one. Since then I bought more rubys from Tony. highly recommended, good family of birds.

I have a few 2010's and they spin like hell already. I am happy so far. Like Square said, they have a pretty uniform body type. Where I come from they would make decent show rollers as well. But the performance is great.

Hey Paul, let me know if Fou ever takes you up on your offer to see your bird fly. From the above posts here and other places, it seems that those who invest the time putting a kit together and maintaining it over a year seems to tend to have positive results.

I am always willing and happy to provide any help with the birds by answering questions on training, feeding, selecting birds for stock or anything else regarding them. I am here to help any way I can.

Thanks to those here on this thread who have acquired the Rubys and had something positive to say. It is appreciated!

I myself likes to see a video even if the birds are not flying at all. Even loft videos are fine with me. LOL! I can even watch publicity videos like showing how birds are getting feed, taken care of, being housed, or even being trained. LOL! It just adds another dimensions to it. Oh, well....I can just dream.
