Excellent job Buddy,
Now you have something to look towards for the Fall Fly. The wind may have played a part in your overall score..I was hoping you would have been in the 150 to 200 point mark....Congrats!

Great to hear from you Silvertail...

Everything is real smooth here in the San Franciso metropolitan Bay Area.

71 degrees today in the Suisun Valley where I live.

...and

It's expected to be the same tomorrow.

Flew 2 kits today. One of them looked shabby.

Had a low-flying odd-eye black/white badge cock disappear behind some Evergreen trees with a 15 footer this morning... thought it was curtains! But no not this 3 month old bird. Great control on the roll and starting to test his low flying skills with precise judgement of depths.

I need to check that badge's band number. All I know is that he's a nephew to Plona Bluecheck Hen #439 20ft Tightspin/Velocity

Rudy,

How about you post a photo of that "very nice Blue Bar" bird for us to see. I would like to see guy's top spinning birds, not what looks good on the ground.

There has been a lot of photos being posted of birds that are top notch performers... yet none are being flown in the competitions.

Why don't you start it off,

Thor

Well, not necessarily that the scores always get better...but as one continues to focus on the competitions, his potential for scoring gets better. You've had a run of bad luck, Scott. I've seen it happen to good flyers in this region as well......
