Does some one know who can we contact regarding this bird my friend cought. He found the bird one year ago and is a SCRC 04 197 so it might of been some one's breeder. I know I have seen this club some were.

let me find the number for joe peluso, he might be able to help you. I believe your friend caught a bird from SCRC, southern California Roller Club. John Jones is also a member of that club.
