Hi
What do u guys think of the sunflower will it make difference to my birds performance.

Once a week I give them a yaung bird mix that looks like this just to built them up.

hi Sandy, what is in that mix? It looks like there are a lot of green peas but I cant tell what else. What are the large brown colored seed.
