I may be wrong, but this is the way understand it:
#0003 was out of 3259/4
3259/4 was a very prolific pair of pigeons and is still influencing the lofts of many flyers today, including myself. Although I am sure there were more birds out of this mating, Jerry told me himself that the following 5 birds were exceptional.
#0003,Blk W/W P/E, Higgins foundation Cock
#0016, Red Self O/EJohnny Smiths foundation Cock
#23 Red Self P/E
#100, Red Mottle - Although this bird has produced many stock birds for Higgins and others, Duane Holmes and his buddy bought the cock and bred him till he stopped hitting.
There was also a black self hen that was a full sister to these cocks and a very good stock hen, #57.
I certainly may be wrong, and I am by no means an expert on Jerrys stock loft. However, I do have in my stock loft a grandson of #0003, a son and a 2 grandsons of #0016, a grandaughter of #100, and a double bred grandaughter of #57 so I am familar with this mating and these birds.

I have some of same family. Daughter of 100, son to a 3/4 0016. grandkids to 0003, a 3/4 of CPRC 03-241, grand son to 100. They've been working great for me. Got my fastest birds from 599 (son to 244 and CPRC 03 242) with 980 (66 daughter) man could they spin! Hopefully I can keep them in the air, I'm sure they will help out my kits.
