Can't say for sure, but I wouldn't take any chances, always quarentine sick birds! Would hate to find out the hard way!

There is a lot of people here that would be better to answer you than me, but I say it could be a # of things! Cold drafty conditions, stress, worms, lack of nutrition and vitamins! A lot of things could effect the immune system and have it down. I haven't had to experience a lot of illnesses yet so I'm not the best one to answer your questions. It does sound like respitory and I know tetracycline is one of the top meds for that!

Tony is usually my go-to-guy on diagnosing my problems! But there are several others here too, maybe someone will chime in!
