Yep,
Sometimes the bird just needs to mature a little more. Other times the bird just has no heart. When thats the case, its just a junk bird.

I agree with Ray and Jstar but one thing he has to kit so i would give him a little time with the kit he came out of he needs to be more comfortable with just learning to roll

If he don't pass,, send him back down to the minors.

He may need more time before he can fly with the
