I have a cock roller that will not pair up since his mate died. His mate died in December. He is now in a open breeding pen and there are available hens. All he does is sit all day. Do you guys have any advice for me?

It sounds like he may be ailing from whatever the hen died from.

Move him to another building and then pair him up.

I would lock him up with a hen for a few days and that usually works for me

Yup...he may have the same ailment....Treat him with a 4 in 1 and isolate him. Keep him away from all other birds. He should be ready to pair up in no time.
