I am flying four weeks from today world cup qualifler .My birds are on their second flight and i pulled the last flight today.Wil they be out in time for my flight.

I personally wouldn't have pulled them. I prefer to tape them instead. It is only temporary until I want to remove the tape. When you pull them you are at the mercy of time.

Nope, it takes six weeks to fully grow the last five outer flights. In the winter it takes a week or two longer. Yours will be in the blood feather stage which is not good. Why did you pluck them???

No.....they won't be.

I would understand pulling them prior to the NBRC Fall Fly to hurry along the molting process, but not the qualifying round for the WC.....just me thinking outloud.
