Hi Guys, I am new to raising rollers. (Still in my first year)I've got a young hen who layed a single egg five days ago. This is her first time laying, I can't feel no other egg and she's acting fine. So is this just something that happens sometime? Any input would be appreciated!!

happens a lot, when breeding rollers expect to get only 1 and 2 on most occassions, but if you breed you rollers right sometimes you get lucky and you get 3 eggs, in my opinion for first timers 1 egg is the best result because sometimes first timers have trouble managing just one baby..

Thanks Parlor,

I was just wondering since I kept hearing 2 eggs. I also had a first timer that layed 3 but 1 wasn't fertile.
Thanks again..
