There are enough of us out here that breed only for performance regardless of what color they are to provide very nice birds for any that want them. Pigeons in general and BR in particular are very satisfying to keep, breed and wait with anticipation to see what the result is going to be of our pairings. I would like to find out how far a BR the size of a turkey could fall without commiting suicide. Just imaging the overwhelming sight of that sucker spinning a falling like a meteor straight down. sorry, I digress. I do like smaller birds, any color, just like watching fireworks.
