Not positive but,I think the bearded guys are with the white just below the chin and a badge will have white around the top of the head,but not bald.Correct me if I'm wrong.----------

A badge is what you see there.....A beard will just have the white underneath the beak. I have a beard that I will post when I get back home on Tuesday.
