I got a young one that hatched from a roller @@@@ and a Pica hen. I forgot to throw their eggs out. I'm creating a rolling pouter thief. It will be the best performing thief bird, lol.

Well Wayne that's a Laudino Sevillano(Spanish Pouter)A bird that has been strictly bred for show for many years now(not a very good flyer).A breed that is believed to have been created in Seville, Spain thus the name. The Spanish Pouter breeds are very beautiful.Check them out.

ps:For those w/Spanish breeds check out this site

Word of advice J.C.Make sure you keep feed and grit available at all times for these guys, otherwise they eat to much and develop sour crop(real pain in the a..)Good luck w/um!

Random thought here, wouldn`t a thief pouter make a great dropper?
----------
If they don`t kit,they don`t score.
Color don`t roll and peds don`t fly.
It`s a comp thing,understand?

That's a good idea Kenny. I have some Doneks coming soon and I was gonna just use a plain old Indian Fantail as a dropper for them. I think I will look for a Thief Pouter pair of some kind and raise some more unusual droppers.
