Does anybody know what causes rollers eyes to get infected. Its kind of cloudy and watery. Its only on one of their eye. Should I just put some eyedrops in their eye? I thought that it might just be from a fight, but I have two rollers with one eye close.

Thanks
Jim

you may want to get on that right away and isolate the 2 birds so it dont go any further or it can lead into bigger problems for you

Thanks for the information. I will order some meds right away. Is it caused by poor ventilation?

Thanks

that would do it if you have a loft that has no windows or vents ect you may want to fix that right away. but i would move the ill birds into a holding pen. (sick bay) asap fix the small problems before they become very big problems that will cost you a whole lot more in the long run.
good luck

Yes. Its caused by poor ventilation. Either not enough fresh air in an overcrowded dusty loft or by pigeons sitting directly in a draft such as a perch that is by a crack in the wall thru which air passes continuously.
