I let a few birds out today after being on lock down for over a month. Man a cooper was on them right out of the starting gate. (I haven’t seen one for weeks!). I’m missing one bird, the best one of course! Looks like it’s going to be a long winter.

Sorry to hear that spud but unfortunately we all go through the same thing.Keep breeding it's the only way to maintain numbers and when in dought no out....ha,ha,ha.

Lesson learned. I guess when there aren't any birds in the air, best not to fly! The crow will be back in Feb. Should be able to fly then.
