Hi, My name is Thom and I live in Ohio, as far south as you can get without being in Kentucky. I'm retired and now have the time to devote to my rollers. I have been in the hobby since I was young but had to leave due to work constraints.I simply was unable to care for my birds properly as I had to be away 24 out of every 72 hours. Now I have the time. I have a few birds coming from Tony for stock and I hope to acquire birds for pumpers locally. I have lurked on the board for a while and just thought it was time to join.

Thom,
I to am on the Ohio River!!! as I look out of my windows I can see the Ohio River and the Ky train trussel. My wife helps me a lot with the birds {Pigeons, and Chickens} and at the time I'm at the Stuart Station in Aberdeen Ohio. I've been in the hobby since 1994. But was visiting roller guys for a few years before I got some for myself. Welcome to the hobby and best of luck!

Hey Oldfart,
I am an old fart too. I, too have been in and out of the hobby due to my employment and now I have kinda simi-retired. Welcome to this site and you will find there is some good stuff coming out of here.

Well,
I am a middle aged fart....not quite old and not quite young...LOL!! Welcome aboard! I fly Ruby Rollers and Mort Emami birds...you will be happy with the Ruby Rollers....they are damn good birds. I have been flying the Rubys since early 04 and the Emami birds from 02...drop me a line if you want some input from an independent source...LOL!!!

Brian, I'm in Rosemount, raised in Portsmouth, retired from the Portsmouth Fire Department. Have belonged to the Portsmouth Pigeon Club at different times in the past.
