I need contact info on this area FALL FLY RD.Want to get squared away before it's to late,Any help would be apreciated.

You are probably in our area. That area of the desert kind of flirts back and forth between us in Riv/SB and the Lancaster guys.
Go to the nbrc home page and click on the fall fly information, there you will want to look for the name Marshall Duncan who is our RD. If you can't find it, just go to the member directory and look for his email there.
