This bird was picked up by Orange County (California) Animal Care Services and is now in my care. Can anyone direct me to a contact for this club in order to try and locate the owner?

Terry, just checked the club records and the breeder was I and I am him. I am interested in this bird, if you could e-mail me with your phone number, it would be cool...... R-luna

what's the number on the bird, if it is a yellow check and has the number 183, PRC 98 it might be mine.
