11:39 AM 		A friend of mine purchased some pigeons at a meet of some kind in Iowa.

They are small roller looking birds & had originally come from N.C. . The seller said they were "English Twills".

Is anyone familiar with this breed ?

No, I saw the birds, They look like small rollers w/lightyellow eyes.

I was hoping there was a flyer from England that might know. Then again, maybe as you say, the seller was misunderstood & it was something close to "Twill" ?
