I have just recently moved and have had my kit birds and breeders locked up in a 8x3x2 cage for about three weeks while I unpack and build suitable kit boxes.

They have become very lethargic and have little or no appitite. Is this common or do I have other problem(s) brewing?

Greetings, Birds get stressed out easily. Warm them up and feed them. Check thier crops are they filling up? Try some vitinims and probotics in the water. If they have been that way for over 3 days go to a 5 in 1 for a week. And see if they perk up.
