Moving to Missouri I went from having cable internet access to satellite (too much latency: SLOW), I now use DSL and get twice the speed of satellite for HALF the cost!

With all those new pictures in the picture thread, I was wondering just what all of us are using?

Do you have any good suggestions for a service provider or ones to avoid?

I am STILL on dial up. SBC is supposed to get dsl here on my block sometime this fall. The longer they take the cheaper it gets too. Last year it was $49.99 a month now it is $19.00, or will be when I get it. The cable company here is a rip off and wants to sell or lease you way too much stuff just for internet access. I am not dependent on the internet for my livelihood so...
I am still running windows 98se too. lol I have to get XP I guess since they are phasing out the most stable of all windows systems.
