Mike, try giveing her free flight in an open loft. I would suggest letting her out to fly, but it sounds that she might be too valuable for that. Just let get in good physical condition. Sometimes even allowing to pick a mate of her own choice can get her jump started. I have one hen who only laid one egg in each of her last two rounds last year. This year she's on her first nest-yep only one egg again. She's only an '03 so it's a little early for problems. Scary thing is one of her nieces, an '05, on her first nest ever only has one egg. Hope it's not a hereditary bugaboo. Good Luck. Geo.

Power Pigeon 4.0...that is an awesome program. When you order..let the guy know that you have rollers and he will set it up ahead of time.

So I do not have to fire up the computer all the time...When I move a young bird to the kit box..I print the profile on the bird...the profile lists the band number hatch date and parents...spot for notes too...I hole punch the profile and put it in a binder.
