Does anyone use flax seed in thier bird's diet?

What do you use it to do in your birds?

Do they pursue it aggressively or is it something they tend to eat last?

Nick, I've used it before during the moult. It's an oil seed and adds to the sheen of the feather.

Hey nicksider I use flax seed for the moult for much needed oil. It helps out the moult
