Well,

Not much to say...today the winds were about 18-25mph. Chuck Roe...Chose not to fly. The flier before Chuck put his birds up and they were gone after two minutes...blown away. I pulled my best birds from my A team and flew the rest....within about 30 seconds....my birds were little dots....fighting the wind....they made it back with about 4 minutes left.....and some rolled here and there...but the wind was just crazy strong. The judge put on my card..."Birds Blown Off- Birds that rolled had good quality and depth"...The best score from the day before was around 90 or so points. Can't control the wind...LOL! But it was a horrible day for flying....Just part of the game!

There is a whole lot in flying that we don,t have any control over.David

Sorry about the wind... Here in Kansas a 15 to 25 mile wind is not uncomin. Luck does have a part in this sport as it does in most... Ken
