My experience has shown me that if the roll is there it will come out as they get back into shape after the lockdown. Fly them often.

I had a bird who had been locked down before she rolled for a couple of years (breeder) and she is rolling now and is frequent and tight.

The advise that runs consistant from all the good breeders on this web site is "fly them hard" and it has worked for me. I had a kitting problem and it went away using this advise.

Keep putting them up (except when the hawks and the heat is too fierce).
