Okay here it is!!
While talking with a friend I recently came up with an idea...
Lets put surveilance cameras on all our lofts with zoom on them. We catch the thieving disgusting poor excuse for a vomitous mass on video and put it on the internet on each of the roller networks, then e-mail it to each member in the NBRC e-mail Directory!!! Soon thereafter we should hear about this pathetic slab of afterbirth fearing for his well being and leaving the country!!! LOL!!

you could get a simple surveylance system for 59 dollars at harborfreight with 4 small cameras and a 72hour recrding unit not bad for the price and as a deterent
just a though. steve

You could also set the system to record on motion being detected. This way you would not have to monitor hours of non-eventful recordings.

For most thieves, deterence is enough to keep them away. Put up signs, have a dog, keep the area well lit at night, install an alarm on the loft door, etc.

We could post any video or pictures on this site too.

An Alligator Pit might be the answer.

A person would have to be a certified idiot to want to steal someone's birds. Some of the best fanciers give birds away. To all thieves, " hope there are none on here", don't be a philthy, pilferaging, pointy headed, pigeon pirate.

You must also keep the "wrong" people out of your backyard , up here most that get ripped off are the one's that sell birds and end up with rif raf in their backards.
