----------I have two kits one with 09's and early 10"s,second kit has 2010 and older birds that were demoted(doing good in the second kit)..my question is now i have enough in both kits to separate and make two kits of each family and a third kit to demote any bird !!! will i be making a mistake to break up 2 kitting kit?? I have heard that a kit of all the same family always works better, any advise will help me make up my mind, does any body fly mixed families with good results???

Rick, I would put all the best in one kit and not worry about the families part. Just a thought..

I agree, I would just fly the best in one kit. For a while now I have been flying just one family, but recently I added three birds from different families and they have really boosted the performance of my other birds.

Yea Rick, Just put the best togeather... I fly my two Families togeather... If you have the room just make a .1,2,3,4 kit best startin in the 1 kit........Just pic the best and putum in a kit...... Then hold the over and you will be on the right right!!!!!! Personal observation is gonna be the best bet .... That and holding your best birds....Good lucc
