great looking birds sal, growing up I always thought the only duns were 3,4,6. Theres goes my knowledge. Ive got some red duns I should post up when I get of my lazy butt! again sweet looking birds, im sure they're rocksts in the air! ---------- Gary
A real dun has no yellow fuzz when a baby. I hope I haven't done anything to confuse you about a dun.
I hate it when someone starts of a statement with "A real blah blah". You know; "A real Birmingham Roller is....." or "A real man would have....."; "A real gentleman would have done...." I had a red white flight cock he would give me creams (yellows)and duns. Some how there is a relationship between duns and yellows w/ that genetic stuff some of you guys know so well right? LOL
In over 60 years with rollers i can say that 90% of the duns i have came from birds with yellow some were in there back ground. If you want duns just mate a yellow with a black, ill bet you end up with some duns
