4: Be sure you are using the correct username (misspellings) and password
AS A LAST RESORT: If you are still not able to login you can try installing Mozilla’s Firefox Internet browser. It’s what we use and rarely have the problems presented by the Microsoft Internet browser. Both browsers can be installed at the same time without one affecting the other. You can download it here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
If none of this works, then most likely it is a setting/configuration in your firewall program or anti-virus software. Call their tech support for additional help.
